- 1. A laid-back chilled-out feeling.
- 2. Passion for Jazz - passion for music.
- 3. Elegance, style, warmth. An elegant upscale feel is important. The station will play not just old music but at least 50% from the 90s through today. So classic elegance with a modern twist. 4. Simplicity - less is more.
- About 30-40% of the audience will be African American, 60-70% White, Latino & other races. The station will have an urban, cosmopolitan flavor.
